CPT Stephen E. Maggard

CPT Stephen Maggard commissioned into the United States Army through the ROTC program at Presbyterian College as a Quartermaster Officer in 2012.

 

Upon graduation from BOLC, CPT Maggard was assigned to the 16th Combat Aviation Brigade Fort Lewis, WA where he served as the Fuel and Water Platoon Leader and Support Operations Retrograde Officer in the 46th Aviation Support Battalion, Brigade Adjutant in the Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 16th Combat Aviation Brigade, and FSC Maintenance Platoon Leader and FSC XO in the 2-158th Assault Helicopter Battalion.   Following completion of the Combined Logistics Captains Career Course in 2016, CPT Maggard was assigned to the 3d U.S. Infantry Regiment (The Old Guard) as the Regiment Assistant S4 at Fort Myer, VA.

 

CPT Maggard has one operational deployment to Afghanistan (2014).  His military education includes the Quartermaster Basic Officer Leader Course, Combined Logistics Captains Career Course, and Airborne course.

 

CPT Maggard’s military awards and decorations include the Bronze Star Medal, Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal, Afghanistan Campaign Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, NATO Medal, and National Defense Medal.  He is authorized to wear the Parachutist Badge.
