CPT Rowan Pruitt

 

Cpt Pruitt   
CPT Rowan Pruitt hails from Thetford, England and is a graduate of Florida State University class of 2007 where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in English.

CPT Pruitt’s first assignment was to Camp Casey, South Korea where he served as the Brigade Strength Manager for 210 Fires Brigade, 2nd Infantry Division from June 2009-July 2011.

CPT Pruitt’s follow on assignment was to Fort Bragg, North Carolina where he served as the 3rd Brigade Combat Team Strength Manager from October 2011-April 2012, and as the Battalion S1 OIC for 2nd Battalion, 505th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 3BCT, 82nd Airborne Division.

After completing Adjutant General’s Captain’s Career in Columbia, SC in April 2014, CPT Pruitt reported to Fort Meyer, VA where he served as the Battalion S1 OIC for 1st Battalion, 3d US Infantry Regiment (The Old Guard) from May 2014-January 2016.

CPT Pruitt’s deployments include: Operation Enduring Freedom-FOB Sharana, Afghanistan (2012)

CPT Pruitt’s military education includes Adjutant General’s Basic Course, Adjutant General’s Captain’s Career, Airborne School, and Air Assault School. His awards include the Bronze Star Medal, Army Commendation Medal (w/ 2 OLC), Army Achievement Medal (w/ 2 OLC), Army Superior Unit Award, Afghan Campaign Medal, Global War on Terror Service Ribbon, Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon, and NATO Medal.
