CPT Kristina N. Gscheidle


 CPT Kristina N. Gscheidle

is from Burtonsville, Maryland and entered military service on October 22, 2004 into the Pennsylvania Army National Guard as a Track Vehicle Repairer, later re-classing to Small Arms Repairer. She completed Basic Combat Training at Fort Jackson in April 2005, and Advanced Individual Training at Edgewood Arsenal in June 2005. She commissioned through ROTC in 2010 from the University of Shippensburg in Pennsylvania, graduating Suma Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Minor in Coaching. 

While in the PAANG, CPT Gscheidle served as a Track Vehicle Repairer and Small Arms Repairer in the 3622d Maintenance Company and worked with the Recruit Sustainment Program, Marksmanship Training Unit,  and  Pre-mobilization Training Assistance Element. Her active duty assignment history includes: Platoon Leader, 512th MP Company, Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri; Platoon Leader, 463d MP Company (FWD); Executive Officer, 512th MP Company, Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri; Assistant S-3, 92d MP Battalion, Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri; Assistant S-3, 1-507th Parachute Infantry Regiment, Fort Benning, Georgia. She deployed in 2007 in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom (Iraq), serving as an M2 gunner, and again in 2012 in support of Operation Enduring Freedom (Afghanistan), serving as the Deputy Provost Marshal, Bagram Airfield.

CPT Gscheidle has attended the Track Vehicle Repairer Course, Small Arms/Artillery Repairer Course, Warrior Leader Course, Small Arms Master Gunner Course, Air Assault School, Military Police Officer Basic Course, Special Reaction Team Course, Antiterrorism Officer Basic Course, Conventional Physical Security Course, the Maneuver Captain’s Career Course, and Airborne School. She is currently pursuing a Masters of Arts in Forensic Psychology from the University of North Dakota.
